VATRadar for iOS is now in public beta for anyone to test. To join, simply open the following link on your iPhone or iPad: https://testflight.apple.com/join/Xq5kz7Fk. When prompted, accept the invitation to join the VATRadar beta. If this is your first time installing a beta app on your iOS device, the website will instruct you to download the TestFlight app from the App Store, which in turn is used to install VATRadar on your device. Once TestFlight is installed, open the app, find VATRadar in the list and activate the Install button to get the app. Happy testing!

Providing feedback

VATRadar is in active development, with lots of features still being planned for future releases. While using VATRadar, it’s also possible that you may encounter unexpected behaviors and bugs, in which case I’d appreciate to hear what went wrong. Likewise, in case you have feature and improvement suggestions, you’re invited to share these as well for consideration. The following ways of providing feedback are currently available:

Send feedback from within the app

If you take a screenshot while VATRadar is open by pressing the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously, a dialog will open allowing you to submit a feedback report. This will then be sent out to me for further action.

Using community channels

If you are a member of the BVI Pilots WhatsApp group or the mailing list, you may also use these channels to provide feedback and improvement suggestions. I try to monitor these groups as best I can, and will be more than happy to discuss your feedback on there as well.
